Callous
Trying to shake this feeling that an evil has descended upon our nation even though I know this to be true. There is a callous, mean-spiritedness for anything sacred - including all of us - that takes my breath away and instills a fear unlike anything I have ever known. I can’t help but wonder how long it will take for all of us - we the people - to say NO! Meanwhile, my heart continues to break.
